  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!

  First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos!
